Another post

I figured it is about time for me to put recent pics of the girls up. Claire is now 7, and is one of the biggest helpers I know...she doesn't complain anymore when she has to do her chores. As she gets older she is showing more TLC towards others. Still very quiet and shy at times. Sarah on the other hand has hit the teen years....oh my gosh, please tell me that I was not like every other teenager. She is a total follower and doesn't like to do anything, accept for sleeping in and staying up late playing with her mac-I know spoiled child huh. She went to a lot of BAR/BAT Mitzvahs this year and still has invititations coming along.

There are some pics of my neighbors daughter who adores Sarah and Claire, and of course there had to be one picture of the beast..wouldn't you know DINGUS. My dog who I have a love hate relationship with. Oh yeah and also Claires play Charlottes
Web, who she was a dog-go figure. She loves animals, and wants to live on a farm when she gets older, without bugs though she reminds me.

Baby Andrews blessing

My friend Malola named her baby Andrew. She decided to have the baby blessed at a Pentalcostal church in Jamaica , Queens. She had never been to this church, but her aunt goes to this church. Let me tell you, without the fake GARMEN we would have been so lost...we were late getting to the church service which lasted about 5 hours and this little building was packed to the rim with people. They had little a.c. on an extremely hot, humid day. What impressed me was that everyone was dressed in white from head to toe. Men wore mostly long sleeve white suits-CALL ME Crazy...but why not short sleeve? Anyways it was an intersting time, and Yes as you can see my three friends and I were not the majority.

Malolas family and friends were very hospitable to us. Dinner was mostly Carribean, Rotti, Goats head soup...mind you remember it is a steamen hot day,

Rice and beans, lots of different food, but so yummy.

(I skipped out on the soup-you decide why)

I have to add though before I forget that before we get to the service Malola calls and says that she is apologizing now because it was a really hot and loud church. We got to listen to how the Pentacostals worship on Sundays. I am glad that I am Mormon and get to sit in an air conditioned quieter meeting, one in which I can understand.

I can do this

For some of you crazy bloggers I may not be as up to date as some of you but don't worry I will catch up. I am write now trying to figure out how put music on this page.
I went to see fireworks tonight and took my dog Dingus, which I will find a picture to put up of him, who was terrified of the fireworks. He did not want to go anywhere and he basically sat on top of my legs. He is goofy like that.
Wish me luck all you bloggers and non.

First-timer...

I just got back from Argentina and Uruguay with my girlfriends...Enjoy the pics!
